WARNING - this is my morning practice.  Instructions are minimal.  There is yawning, coughing and tea drinking.  
Cautions for Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) - thyroid problems, cervical spondylitis, slipped disc, untreated h
A 55 minute practice to build strength into the hips.  
This practice is strong in nature and requires some experience.
Cautions for SI & lumbar problems.

This is a short practice to help relieve that horrible feeling of being bloated.  The practices are gentle and soothing.  I hope you find this useful.  Some of the practices come with warnings, so please take note of these and practise safely. Always
A practice suitable for all levels, influenced by Mukunda Stiles' Joint Freeing series.  It is floor based - no standing.
Use this practice as a warm up or a gentle stand alone practice.
So grab your mat and a block or a cushion and enjoy.

Have a Yoga or exercise mat, a cushion and a blanket.  Make sure you haven't eaten for 2 hours prior to the class.  Switch the phone off and prepare the space and time for yourself.
